Privacy policy
What the Tesera gateway and this site collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The policy
Last updated 7 November 2026
01Who we are
Tesera is an independent team building the MCP gateway for on-chain networks, starting with Elysium. This policy covers teseralab.com, the gateway at mcp.teseralab.com and the Tesera console. We handle personal information in line with the privacy laws that apply to us.
02What the gateway logs
When an AI client connects to the gateway, we log the requests it makes, the tools it calls along with their inputs and results, the Elysium addresses and contracts it queries, and the time of each request. We also record which access key made the request so that rate limits can work. These records make up the action log you see in the console.
We never receive or store private keys or seed phrases. By default the gateway prepares unsigned transactions, and you sign them in your own wallet. If you use an optional agent key, we read its limits and log each action taken under it so you can see what the AI did.
Your account. When you sign in to connect a client or use the console, we keep the details needed to run your account, such as your email address, your access keys and, for workspaces, who the members are and their roles.
Blockchain data is public. Addresses and transactions are already visible on Elysium, but once they sit in our logs next to your requests they may be linked to you, so we treat them as personal information.
03Why we log it
We use these logs to run the gateway, to apply rate limits, to show you a record of what your AI client did, to investigate abuse and security incidents, and to find and fix problems. We do not use them for advertising and we never sell them.
04What this site collects
Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation if you give one, the reason and urgency you choose, and your message.
Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Third-party resources. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr. When your browser requests them, those providers receive your IP address under their own privacy policies.
We do not use advertising trackers or build visitor profiles.
05Sharing and storage
We share personal information only with providers that help us run the site and the gateway, such as hosting, network access to Elysium and form processing, and only as far as they need to do that work. Some of these providers may store data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
06How long we keep it
Gateway logs, action logs and messages are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service and to show you your own history. After that we delete them. You can export your action log from the console, and you can ask us to delete your messages or close your account at any time.
07Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, using the contact form. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can put it right. If you are still not satisfied, you can contact the privacy regulator where you live.
08Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Because we never hold private keys, a breach of our systems cannot expose them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. To report a vulnerability, use the contact form.
09Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our practices change, including when new gateway features launch, and change the date at the top.
