Terms of use
The terms for using teseralab.com and the Tesera MCP gateway.
The terms
Last updated 7 November 2026
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of teseralab.com, the Tesera MCP gateway at mcp.teseralab.com and the Tesera console, together called the service. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
02What the service is
Tesera is a hosted MCP gateway that lets AI clients read on-chain networks, starting with Elysium, simulate and explain transactions, compile, deploy and verify contracts, and prepare transactions for you to sign. We may add, change or retire tools and networks over time.
03Provided as is
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may be unavailable, rate limited, or return data that is incomplete or out of date. Simulations show the likely outcome at the latest block, and the actual outcome can differ if the chain changes before your transaction is included. Check anything important against the chain or a block explorer before you rely on it.
04Your transactions
Tesera never holds private keys. By default it prepares unsigned transactions, and nothing happens on chain until you sign in your own wallet. You are responsible for every transaction you sign, so read what your wallet shows you before you approve it. AI clients can make mistakes, and blockchain transactions usually cannot be reversed.
If you create an agent key, you are responsible for the limits you set on it, for the funds you give it and for revoking it when you no longer need it. You are also responsible for keeping your access keys private.
05No financial advice
Nothing provided through the service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. That includes anything an AI client says while using Tesera tools. Tesera does not recommend any token, contract or trade.
06Using the service responsibly
Please do not interfere with the service or its infrastructure, try to get around rate limits, try to access other users' keys, logs or data, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
07Independence and names
Tesera is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kinetiq, Hyperliquid or any AI client provider. Names such as Elysium, HYPE, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Devin Desktop belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
08Third-party services
The service works with networks, explorers, wallets and AI clients that other people run. We are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
09Our content
The site design, text, diagrams and code belong to Tesera unless a licence says otherwise. You may link to any page and share our link previews freely.
10Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tesera is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including losses from transactions you sign or from relying on data or output it returns. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
11Changes
We may update these terms or change the service. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Tesera is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that place, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
13Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
